The prices are for 4 persons. Each person more (until a maximum capacity of 5) has a cost of € 180 per week.
Minimum stay 5 days. From 24th of June till 25th of August, one week with saturday as a changeover day.
The electricity is included up to a consumption of kWh 100 per week. Beyond that limit it will have a cost of € 0,50 per kWh.
Damage deposit to be paid locally: € 300
When the customer cancels a reservation 45 days or more before the arrival, the customer will be fully refunded.
When the customer cancels a reservation 44 days or less before the arrival date the owner will retain the whole of the paid sums as a cancellation penalty charge.
