In the relaxing atmosphere of the living room, furnished with sofas and rustic furniture, you can rest in front of the stone fireplace decorated with typical Sicilian ceramics. The French doors lead to a loggia with sitting area in front of a garden and pool. The kitchen is rustic, well equipped, simple but cozy. It’s plenty of light coming from the window situated over the sink. One of the doors leads to the dining loggia with a built - in barbeque. From the dining room you can also admire the garden from picture windows.
There are two double bedrooms and one twin. All of them decorated with warm colors, wooden furniture and balcony doors. The twin and double bedroom are with French doors opening to the garden. The master double bedroom has a flat screen tv and a privet walled garden. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with shower. The ensuite bathroom of master bedroom is with a glass walled shower facing the private garden.
At the house, you can find two flat screen televisions, one with Harman Kardon speakers, both with multi-regional DVD players, Bose iPod docking stations in all bedrooms.
Swimming pool 12m x 7 / 39 x 22 feet, has a depth of 0,90 m – 1,50 m / 3-5 feet, and the steps for entry/exit.
