This gorgeous villa is located near the city of Castelvetrano (known for the wine and olive production) and Selinunte, famous archaeological park. The villa is surrounded by an olive grove and vast vineyard. Even more, the lush garden is enriched by the scent of lemon and bay trees, lavender, apple, pear and plum trees.
You will be welcomed by the three arches in the garden. The Roman elements are repeated around the pool. There are also recliners, beach umbrellas and a hammock to get lazy and relax. In the huge outdoor space there is a barbecue and bar area.
The villa has two floors. At the ground floor there is an elegant living room with fireplace. Some of the walls are covered with stones that give a warm atmosphere. The floor is covered with beautiful carpets and there are several corners with sofas. There is a satellite television, digital terrestrial and DVD player. The kitchen is in Sicilian country style made of prestigious wood and typical tiles. It is fully equipped and continues with the dining room. While you are sitting at the important table you can watch outside through two big windows. On the ground floor, there is a colorful double bedroom with wrought iron bed. The elegant bathroom is with shower.
On the first floor, there is a double bedroom and also two twin bedrooms. The bed in the double room is special because it has a baldachin. It projects you towards oriental lands thanks to the furniture that comes from Indonesia. The second bathroom is very big with an angular tub. The balconies have smashing views!
