This Sicily villa in Palermo area, is located in Cinisi and has a great view on the Castellammare gulf. It is fully immersed in a lush park with a well tended lawn and tropical plants. It spreads on two levels. One access from the big saloon, surrounded by glass windows and with a stone fireplace. In this level we also find a dinig room, and a real Sicilian kitchen woth many typical furnitures as copper cookware, and the table in poor art. In the first level we also have two double bedrooms (ine with en-suite) and another bathroom. In the secondl level, just at the end of the staircase, we find an elegant saloon, a rec room, a double, two twins and a bathroom. From all the rooms of the house you can admire the park, the pool and the blu Mediterranean sea. Close to the pool area we also find a comfortable BBQ area with kitchen, tables and benches.
The prices are for 10 persons. Each person more (until a maximum capacity of 12) has a cost of € 180 per week.

The prices are for 10 persons. Each person more (until a maximum capacity of 12) has a cost of € 180 per week.
Minimum stay 5 days. From 24th of June till 25th of August, one week with saturday as a changeover day.
The electricity is included up to a consumption of kWh 150 per week. Beyond that limit it will have a cost of € 0,50 per kWh.
Damage deposit to be paid locally: € 500
When the customer cancels a reservation 60 days or more before the arrival, the customer will be fully refunded.
When the customer cancels a reservation 59 days or less before the arrival date the owner will retain the whole of the paid sums as a cancellation penalty charge.
