The villa is on one floor and consists of a large and bright living room with a corner dedicated to the modern and functional kitchen, fully equipped with everything, 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms, and a bathroom with a bathtub/shower, which can be considered to all intents and purposes a mini-pool, containing 1000 liters of water!
All the rooms are furnished with taste and style, designed to welcome guests in a minimalist and stylistically "clean" way.
All this is completed by a beautiful garden with lawn equipped with elegant outdoor furniture and a cover for fresh and relaxing breakfast / lunch / dinner outdoors, under a sky full of stars, not disturbed by city lights.
At the back of the house, the garden houses the BBQ area.

When the customer cancels a reservation 60 days or more before the arrival, the customer will be fully refunded.
When the customer cancels a reservation 59 days or less before the arrival date the owner will retain the whole of the paid sums as a cancellation penalty charge.
