This luxury villa is located in western Sicily, just less than 2 km's from the beach. The garden is made of Mediterranean plants and trees that give you a so much wanted shadow during hot summer days, huge swimming pool surrounded with grass and a solarium corner with elegant bamboo recliners, sun lounger and outdoor kitchen with barbeque. The summer kitchen has a wooden roof and has all comforts so you can enjoy your meal at any time of the day.
The villa has two floors. At the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, made of quality wood with Carrara marble work top. It continues with a dining and living room with sofas, armchairs and television. A big stone fireplace dominates the entire space. There is also a further, huge, bright and elegant living room. The bathroom is spacious and stylish with a jacuzzi tub and shower. On this floor there is also a laundry with washing machine.
All four bedrooms are situated on the first floor. Elegant with parquet, antique furniture and some of them with balcony. One of the rooms is a twin. The big elegant bathroom has a tub.

Mazara del Vallo is one of the most "oriental style" cities of Sicily with its historic center that easily recalls the Casbah, with its intricate lanes and its medieval architecture.
It is the city in whose waters the Dancing Satyr has been found exhibited in the homonymous museum.
At 35 km from Mazara is the splendid Sinielot colony of Selinunte, with its marvelous temples close to the sea.
The nice Trapani (photo) and Erice last around 50 km.
Do not miss the visit to the island of Mozia (30 km), a splendid Punic site among the salt pans of this part of Sicily.
If you want to take a dip in the agricultural and authentic Sicily do not miss an excursion to the Belice Valley (20 km).
In these parts, food at table has two great protagonists: fish and cous cous.
