Mamma Violamaria has been designed to offer you a relaxing and peaceful holiday. At guests' disposal, an independent portion of the villa which includes the swimming pool and outdoor spaces. The villa is surrounded by greenery, in a quiet location but close to the city and the most beautiful beaches of the Trapani area. The house is tastefully furnished and has two air-conditioned bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a spacious veranda, solarium and all the necessary furnishings and equipment. The swimming pool has a shallow water patio where the little ones can safely swim; the solarium area is equipped with comfortable sun beds and outdoor shower. It is situated in a convenient location to easily reach the characteristic salt pans of Trapani and Marsala and all the main tourist attractions of western Sicily

Fontanasalsa is a hamlet of the town of Trapani and is only 9 km from the centre; all the main activities (bar, market, pharmacy, banks, tobacconist) are in the immediate vicinity of the villa. A few minutes by car you can reach the beach of Marausa Lido or the equipped beaches of the city of Trapani and Erice. Mount Erice with its medieval village is already visible from the Villa and to reach it you just need to climb on the cable car and enjoy along the way the wonderful view of the city falcata. Along the way from the villa in Trapani you can see the characteristic windmills and the surrounding salt pans which turn pink at sunset.

Minimum stay 5 days (except July and August, 1 week). Changeover day: Saturday (unless different agreement with the owner).
The electricity is included up to a consumption of kWh 200 per week. Beyond that limit it will have a cost of € 0,40 per kWh.
Damage deposit to be paid locally: €300
When the customer cancels a reservation 45 days or more before the arrival, the customer will be fully refunded.
When the customer cancels a reservation 44 days or less before the arrival date the owner will retain the whole of the paid sums as a cancellation penalty charge.
