Holidays to Sicily! This Sicily villa in Trapani area is an elegant property located in the countryside of Castellammare del Golfo, about 3 km far away from the town. It is surrounded by a lush garden with olive trees and typical Mediterranean plants. The newly built property, was realized using local and traditional Sicilian materials, as tuff and wood that make the rooms warm and cozy. It extends over one floor, overlooking the valley and Castellammare, while the gaze enraptured by such great beauty is lost on the dominant blue sea horizon. The property was conceived by the owner as the residence for his family; it is composed by two units, almost identical, that create a unique building which can accommodate up to ten guests. There are two cheerful and bright living areas and two fully equipped kitchens. The sleeping area has two double bedrooms, two twin rooms and two bathrooms with shower. Sofa beds in the living area can accommodate additional four guests. The villa has a wide veranda with comfortable garden furniture which offer visitors the opportunity to enjoy moments of pure relax overlooking the pool. From here you can enjoy view of the countryside and the sea.

The house is located in the countryside of Castellammare del Golfo (3 kms away), a nice town with many good restaurants and shops.
Scopello, a stone village by the sea where you can find shops, restaurants, markets and … friendly locals, is just 5 kms away.
Scopello is one of the two entrances (the other is San Vito Lo Capo) of the most important and fascinating natural reserve in Sicily: Zingaro, where one can enjoy many “tropical” sandy beaches.
Segesta (photo) a greek colony of the past, is 20 kms away.
Palermo, the wonderful Sicilian capital, is about 50 kms away.
Trapani, a very nice town, is about 30 km’s away.
From Trapani departs the ferry for the amazing Egadi islands.
Custonaci a lovely town, famous all over the world for its fine marble, is 15 kms away.
Just 20 km’s and here it is San Vito Lo Capo, a masterpiece of tourism in Sicily with its gorgeous sandy beaches.
Erice (photo) that will get you in the middle ages, is 30 km’s away. This medieval town is said the “town of love”, since here there was an eternal fire, just on top of the mountain, that from the VII B.C. attracted the sailors of the Mediterranean, due to the presence of the “ancelle di Venere” (handmaids of Aphrodite). You can still see the Pozzo di Venere (from where the eternal fire emanated) in the courtyard of the castle. In Erice you can have a walk in the past, along its narrow alleys, the megalithic town walls and … the Ericini (cookies)!!!
50 kilometers away from the villa you can approach Marsala and the Stagnone an archipelago where stands the island of Mozia, a masterpiece of archaeology and nature.
The Stagnone is also a sort of outdoor museum with the renowned salt works.

The prices are for 8 persons. Each person more (until a maximum capacity of 12) has a cost of € 180 per week.
Minimum stay 5 days. From 24th of June till 25th of August, one week with saturday as a changeover day.
Damage deposit to be paid locally: € 300
Tourist Tax, if provided, in a range of 1-2 euros per person to pay at the arrival.
When the customer cancels a reservation 60 days or more before the arrival date, the customer will be fully refunded.
When the customer cancels a reservation 59 days or less before the arrival date the owner will retain the whole of the paid sums as a cancellation penalty charge.
