Romantica villa nel piccolo villaggio di Pedagaggi, circondata da solchi di arancio e limone. La villa ha un grande esterno con una grande piscina, area barbecue, una terrazza affacciata sulla piscina dove poter trascorrere momenti estivi, e da dove si può godere di una splendida vista sul parco e sul Monte Etna; e molti angoli incantevoli tutto intorno alla proprietà. L'interno presenta una camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno con doccia e una cucina-soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale.

Siamo a Pedagaggi, un piccolo villaggio nella parte orientale della Sicilia. È un luogo rinomato per gli alberi di aranci e limoni, una parte deliziosa della Sicilia. Pedagaggi si trova in una zona naturalistica e agricola.

Si consiglia di visitare Buccheri (una città molto bella, con un interessante stile Liberty locale), Monte Lauro (area naturalistica) e il sito archeologico di Leontinoi (uno dei più importanti insediamenti greci).

Il mare è a circa 20 minuti. Si consiglia la spiaggia sabbiosa di Agnone Bagni.

Pedagaggi è in una posizione strategica, 40 km da Catania e Siracusa con le loro bellezze archeologiche ed un eccellente architettura Barocca, oltre ai rinomati mercati del pesce.

A neanche 20 km è il sito Unesco di Pantalica (foto) con 5000 tombe scavate nella roccia, un fiume alla base del canyon ed altre affascinanti ed antiche costruzioni rupestri.

My partner and I loved the villa - for two people it felt like absolute luxury. The house was beautiful with everything you need. The outside kitchen was great we used the BBQ multiple times. The highlight was the garden and pool. The garden was beautifully kept and massive. The pool to ourselves was perfect, it was much larger than we expected! The location was fantastic too you feel very secluded and private. We would lovely to go again. Really recommend this place!

Nice, tidy and small house. Fantastic outside area, with lovely swimming pool, nice outside cooking area and plenty of chairs. Very well maintained garden with complete privacy and two lovely outdoor showers. The house inside is small, but with the nice weather you only need a bed inside. And that bed sleeps wonderfully! The village itself is not interesting, but the location is fine for day trips to many beautiful places. We have had a very pleasant holiday!

Une charmante petite maison, un peu à l'écart du village au milieu des orangers. Le jardin joliment composé et parfaitement entretenu, est magnifique. Et quel bonheur de plonger dans la piscine pour se rafraîchir aux heures chaudes.

Nous avons été superbement accueillis par Pina et les propriétaires. Pina est très disponible et n'hésite pas à vous aider si nécessaire. Nous les remercions tous. La maison n'est pas très grande mais parfaite pour 2 personnes. Elle est bien équipée et possède tout ce qui est nécessaire. Elle possède plusieurs terrasses pour déjeuner dehors. La climatisation est très appréciable. Le jardin est magnifique, très bien entretenu, la piscine très grande. Le propriétaire vient trois fois par semaine pour l'entretien. L'environnement est calme et très reposant, c'est à la campagne. Le plus proche village est à quelques minutes mais il est tout petit et n'a pas de commerces, à part une boucherie et une pharmacie. Le supermarché est à quelques kilomètres. Ça prend entre 20 et 30 minutes pour y aller. C'était un très agréable séjour.

Un accueil hors norme avec les hôtes. Nous avons été accueilli avec des fruits et un peu de rafraîchissement ce qui était agréable au vu de la météo ! Les hôtes sont à disposition et nous ont aidé tout au long de notre séjour pour nous faire découvrir cette île magnifique qu'est la Sicile !

Tassa di Soggiorno, se prevista, da pagare all'arrivo da 1-2 euro a persona.

Termini di cancellazione

Quando il cliente annulla una prenotazione 60 giorni o più dalla data di arrivo, il cliente sarà totalmente rimborsato.

Quando il cliente annulla una prenotazione 59 giorni o meno dalla data di arrivo, il proprietario tratterrà l'intera somma pagata a titolo di penale di cancellazione.
