Mamma Stefania
Villa
The Villa is situated in a dominant area of great scenic value "Rocchi Livreri", in the context of Scopello which, with its bays, crystal clear waters and ancient tuna fishery, has been defined by the European Community as a Site of Community Interest and Special Protection Area.
The villa is an elegant residence with private swimming pool, conceived in a modern architectural style. Attention to detail, the furnishings are sober and sophisticated at the same time. Its position allows the visitor to admire the entire splendid coast of Castellammare del Golfo, thanks to the suggestive panoramic terrace.
The residence is on two floors: the ground floor overlooks two comfortable verandas, where guests can relax and enjoy the view of the sea and the surrounding nature. It is accessed from a bright and spacious living room that includes the kitchen, equipped with everything necessary. Also on the ground floor there is a double bedroom with private bathroom and another bathroom with shower.
A comfortable internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are three double bedrooms, one of which has a balcony with sea view and a private bathroom with shower. In two of the three rooms there is the possibility to add a single bed per room, transforming them into two triple rooms.
An additional bathroom with shower serves the sleeping area.
The property has a large natural garden scattered with milky white rocks, in this context is located the swimming pool with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Castellammare and the bay of Scopello. The large windows that characterize the villa seem to frame it. The panorama becomes the common thread for the visitor and a sense of peace and tranquillity pervades the person.
An ideal residence for summer vacationers, it has a perfect location to explore the beautiful landscape of western Sicily: just a few km from Castellammare del Golfo, medieval Erice, the historical centres of Trapani and Marsala, the cellars and salt pans with their ancient windmills, the temples of Segesta and Selinunte, and the Egadi islands. Villa Rocchi Livreri is well connected to the airports of Palermo and Trapani as it is at the same distance from both.
Bedrooms (4) and bathrooms (4): 1 double bedroom with private bathroom with shower on the ground floor; 1 double bedroom with private bathroom on the upper floor; 2 double bedrooms on the upper floor, each with the possibility to add a single bed. 1 bathroom with shower on the ground floor; 1 bathroom with shower on the upper floor.

Scopello is one of the most beautiful villages in the world!
A stone village by the sea where you can find shops, restaurants, markets and ... friendly locals!
Scopello is one of the two entrances (the other is San Vito Lo Capo) of the most important and fascinating natural reserve of Sicily: the Zingaro, where you can enjoy many "tropical" sandy coves.
The entrance of the reserve is just 3 kms awat from the villa.
In Scopello there are also many wonderful beaches as Guidaloca one (photo).

Castellammare del Golfo, a nice town with many good restaurants and shops, is 8 kms away.
Segesta a greek colony of the past, is 20 kms away: theatre, temple and mosquee.
Trapani, a very nice town, with its arabian style architecture, is almost 30 km’s away.
From Trapani departs the ferry for the amazing Egadi islands.
Erice (photo) that will get you in the middle ages, is 30km’s away. This medieval town is said the “town of love”, since here there was an eternal fire, just on top of the mountain, that from the VII B.C. attracted the sailors of the Mediterranean, due to the presence of the “ancelle di Venere” (handmaids of Aphrodite). You can still see the Pozzo di Venere (from where the eternal fire emanated) in the courtyard of the castle. In Erice you can have a walk in the past, along its narrow alleys, the megalithic town walls and … the Ericini (cookies)!!!
Custonaci a lovely town, famous all over the world for its fine marble, it 15 kms away.
Just 20 km’s and here it is San Vito Lo Capo, a masterpiece of tourism in Sicily with its gorgeous sandy beaches.
50 kilometers away from the villa you can approach Marsala and the Stagnone an archipelago where stands the island of Mozia, a masterpiece of archaeology and nature.
Palermo, the wonderful capital of Sicily, is 50 kms away
Are you hungry?
