This is where Villa Mamma Raffaella is located, a charming house near Scopello with its Faraglioni and the typical imposing rock emerging from the depths of the turquoise sea.
The villa has direct access to the sea, which can be reached by following a short path that leads to one of the most unspoilt and beautiful bays in the Scopello area (access to this bay is exclusive to only two villas in the house).
The house is on one floor and one enters into the spacious and bright living room that overlooks the porch. This porch allows guests to enjoy moments of relaxation in complete privacy and to dine al fresco in contact with the surrounding nature and with a splendid view of the pool. The kitchen, bright and cheerful, is equipped with all the necessary utensils and from here there is access to two verandas where guests can stay comfortably.
There are four bedrooms: a double room with en-suite bathroom, two twin rooms and a single room. There is an additional bathroom with bathtub available. The furnishings are comfortable and make the rooms elegant, sober and relaxing. Next to the villa is an annexe with a double bedroom with the possibility of an additional sofa bed. The annexe has a bathroom with shower.
The swimming pool is located in front of the house, surrounded by a lush garden with various ornamental plants and trees. The area is equipped with sun loungers and parasols to make your stay more comfortable. Villa Mamma Raffaella is only 1 km from the ancient village of Scopello and 10 km from Castellammare del Golfo, where you can find all kinds of services.

The house is located in Scopello, 200 mt away from the beach that you can access by a private path.
Scopello, is a renowned, nice village by the sea where you can find shops, restaurants, markets and … friendly locals.
Scopello is one of the two entrances (the other is San Vito Lo Capo) of the most important and fascinating natural reserve in Sicily: Zingaro, where one can enjoy many “tropical” sandy beaches (foto).

Castellammare del Golfo, a nice town with many good restaurants and shops, is 10 kms away.
Segesta a greek colony of the past, is 20 kms away.
Trapani, a very nice town, almost 30 km’s away.
From Trapani departs the ferry for the amazing Egadi islands.
Erice that will get you in the middle ages, is 30km’s away. This medieval town is said the “town of love”, since here there was an eternal fire, just on top of the mountain, that from the VII B.C. attracted the sailors of the Mediterranean, due to the presence of the “ancelle di Venere” (handmaids of Aphrodite). You can still see the Pozzo di Venere (from where the eternal fire emanated) in the courtyard of the castle. In Erice you can have a walk in the past, along its narrow alleys, the megalithic town walls and … the Ericini (cookies)!!!

Custonaci a lovely town, famous all over the world for its fine marble, it 15 kms away.
Just 20 km’s and here it is San Vito Lo Capo, a masterpiece of tourism in Sicily with its gorgeous sandy beaches
Palermo (foto), the wonderful capital of Sicily, is 50 kms away.
40 kilometers away from the villa you can approach Marsala and the Stagnone an archipelago where stands the island of Mozia, a masterpiece of archaeology and nature.

The prices are for 9 persons. Each person more (until a maximum capacity of 10) has a cost of € 180 per week.
Minimum stay 5 days. From 24th of June till 25th of August, one week with saturday as a changeover day.
The electricity is included up to a consumption of kWh150 per week. Beyond that limit it will have a cost of € 0,50 per kWh.
Damage deposit to be paid locally: € 300
Tourist Tax, if provided, in a range of 1-2 euros per person to pay at the arrival.
When the customer cancels a reservation 60 days or more before the arrival date, the customer will be fully refunded.
When the customer cancels a reservation 59 days or less before the arrival date the owner will retain the whole of the paid sums as a cancellation penalty charge.
