La prestigiosa proprietà è attorniata da uno splendido giardino con ulivi secolari e prato inglese su cui si apre la elegantissima area piscina contornata da gazebi, solarium e salottini.
Mamma Maranzina si svolge su due piani comunicanti tra loro oltre che da una coreografica scala anche da un ascensore.
Al primo piano abbiamo un raffinato salone di oltre 100 mq, una libreria, una cucina spaziosissima, una sala da pranzo con due televisori, un bagno di servizio, una bellissima matrimoniale ed un bagno con doccia.
Al secondo livello altre tre camere da letto: una suite con bagno con doccia e vasca idromassaggio ed ampio guardaroba; una doppia con bagno in camere ed una doppia piu piccolina con bagno esterno, sempre con doccia.
Tutte le stanze sono finemente arredate e luminosissime.
Mamma Maranzina non finisce di sorprendere e nel piano cantinato ha una stupenda sala giochi, un’area fitness, ed una sauna!

Mamma Maranzina is located in Nicolosi, a very nice town in Catania-Etna-Taormina area, rich in restaurants and shops.
The beach (rocky) is 15 kilometers away in Playa (sandy) or Acitrezza and Acicastello (rocky), where you can enjoy two of the most beautiful sea villages of Sicily.
We are in the eastern side of Sicily, the homeland of Etna volcano with its very special amenities such as inactive craters (the sons of Etna), caves, forests, lava flows of the past.
The pearl of Sicily, one of the worldwide masterpieces of beauty: here it is Taormina/Giardini Naxos, 30 kms, an evergreen location that has attracted people since the ancient times. Archaeology, myth, a typical Arab style architecture, amazing landscapes, a blue sea, and such a noble atmosphere, gives Taormina a unique charm. A walk in Via del Corso is an unforgettable moment to do not miss among exclusive shops, delicious restaurants and coffee, stunning views of the sea, the Greek theatre, the terrifying shape of Etna volcano on the background.
Few kilometers away from Taormina downtown, here it is one of the most beautiful place in the world: Taormina mare (Mazzarò, Spisone, Isolabella), with many lido (private beaches provided with deckchairs, restaurants, beach facilities) along the coastline.
If you planned to visit Catania, 5 kms away, I suggest you to park the car in Piazza Alcalà and from there have a walk all around the town: you can start from the worldwide famous Pescheria located in Piazza Duomo (the heart of Catania) and from it approach the Via Etnea, the main street of the town, a pedestrian street with many shops, cafe's and wonderful buldings in Baroque style. Let's walk for about a kilometer, visiting the Roman amphitheatre (in Piazza Stesicoro) until arrive to the Villa Bellini (Catania's public garden).
Syracuse, with its archeological area and the wonderful Ortigia island, is 80 kms away.
Its time to eat something and my tip is to taste the unmissable Pasta alla Norma and to enjoy, at least once, a typical Sicilian breakfast: granita and brioche!
Of course, we suggest you to enjoy our Silvana's Cooking Class, just few kilometers away from the villa.
And, of course, fish, fish, fish … and do not miss to visit some of ours outdoor fish markets
