Mamma Claudia is a charming Sicily villa located in Trappeto, just 600 meters away from the beach. The villa extends on two levels; you access a well-finished and comfortable living room. The bright and cheerful kitchen is well equipped. The sleeping area is on the ground floor and it consists of one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. The bathroom has a shower. The first floor can be reached through an outside staircase. Here you find the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and shower. There is also a small kitchenette that allows you to have an intimate breakfast on the veranda. Otherwise, two large verandas give guests the opportunity to enjoy moments of pure tranquility and relax, with panoramic views of the swimming pool, the sun terrace and a lush garden, enriched with plants of the Mediterranean maquis.
