Mamma Gina
Villa
A luxurious holiday in this stately Sicilian home built in the early XIX century, completely renovated with prestigious and modern materials while maintaining original furnishings such as the flooring, the architecture and the wonderful Italian style garden.
An example of how to enjoy Sicily stress-free and in luxury, both sleeping and dining (authentic food and flavors).
The estate is surrounded by nature, with centuries-old trees, fountains, romantic paths, a true oasis of peace and serenity with a spectacular view of the magnificent Etna volcano.
In the park, among flowers and plants and several relaxation areas, there is a stylish swimming pool and a Jacuzzi.
Also of extraordinary beauty is the wonderful outdoor patio with its original cobblestones, once overlooked by the stables and agricultural warehouses.
The interior is nothing short of sumptuous.
On the ground floor is a huge and sumptuous living room and a large, modern kitchen.
There is also an aristocratic bathroom on this level.
On the upper floor, we find the spacious and bright bedrooms: a family room (a twin bed, a double bed, and a bathroom).
Then we have three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with showers, and finally a large suite (45 sq m).
This villa is located 5 km from Nicosia, an ancient Sicilian city famous for its delicious ricotta cannoli, in an ideal location for exploring nearby attractions.

Nicosia is one of the most beautiful and prestigious Sicilian cities, located inland, surrounded by nature and a strong medieval and Byzantine style.
Its prestigious 14th-century cathedral, located in the beautiful Piazza Garibaldi, boasts a marvelous coffered roof, perhaps the most beautiful in Sicily.
Nicosia is located between the Nebrodi and Madonie Mountains, which, in addition to being Sicily's largest green lung, are teeming with medieval villages, each more beautiful than the next (Sperlinga, Gangi, Agira, Mistretta, etc.).
In town, you can dine in trattorias that still preserve ancient traditions and authentic cuisine.
The closest beach is Santo Stefano di Camastra (40 km), renowned worldwide for its ceramics.
Mount Etna is about 80 kms away.
Enna, the heart of Sicily, with its castles and beautiful churches, is about 20 kms away.
Palermo is about 150 kms away, and Catania is about 100 km away.
