Mamma Catia is a charming villa, located in the territory of Terrasini about 700 meters from the beach, which characterizes the pretty tourist town. Terrasini offers the visitor the opportunity to have all the services of first necessity and to make shopping until late evening in the stores of the center. The unit is structured on two levels, it is accessed from the living room, large and bright, made elegant by the choice of furniture and materials used. The conversation area is arranged in the corner where there is the fireplace. The elegant kitchen is located inside the living room. A small hallway leads to the double bedroom. The bathroom has a shower with hydromassage. A nice staircase inside the living room, allows to reach the first attic floor which has two bedrooms with French bed. In one of the two bedrooms there is also a single bed. The bathroom is with shower. The villa is surrounded by a spacious and elegant veranda with outdoor furniture and overlooking the garden and the pool. The house has a beautiful garden with lush Mediterranean vegetation and many outdoor spaces that give guests the opportunity to enjoy moments of true relaxation while taking advantage of all the comforts of the villa. The villa is about 10 minutes by car from the airport of Punta Raisi (Palermo) and about 25 km from the city of Palermo.

We are in the territory of Terrasini-Cinisi, the latter famous for its wonderful sandy beaches (foto).

Palermo, the capital of Sicily, with its gorgeous monuments, markets, beaches and street food! is just 40 kms away.
Segesta, the archeological area, with temple, theatre, mosquee, is 30 kms away.
For nature lovers here it is the Zingaro naturalistic reserve (50 km) were you can also enjoy enchanting cove beaches.
Just 3 kms and here it is the naturalisti reserve of Capo Rama, by the sea, with a XVI century round coastal tower (foto).
Here is a good starting point to visit Trapani (60 km) and from Trapani you can get the ferry for the Egadi islands or the Phoenician town of Mozia.
If you would like to plunge yourself in the medieval age, here it is the amazing Erice (60 km): narrow alleys, a castle, city walls, a magnificient view of the Mediterranean sea.
Another landmark of the area is the picturesque town of Cefalù (80 km), worldwide famous for its monuments as the XII century Cattedrale, the castles and an enigmatic temple on the rock that overlooks the town, the Ancient Roman baths, the Osterio Magno palace, the Museo Mandralisca with a collection of paintings, archeological finds... and other highlights that you can discover strolling the narrow alleys of this wonderful town.
The airport is less than 10 kms away.
Food speaking, we suggest the tasting of street food (panelle, stigghiola, meusa, sfincione...); granita with brioche; pasta con sarde (anchioves); cannoli; Mediterranean fish.

Safety deposit € 300 to be delivered on arrival, it will be refunded on departure.
