Gorgeous villa 300 meters away from the Carini gulf and beach. Mamma Manda is fully immersed in a lush park, with tropical and Mediterranean plants. Here you can find the charming pool (15x5 mt) and adjcent to it there is the BBQ area ideal for unforgettable Sicilian meals.
Hammocks, deckchairs, umbrellas, lounges, cushions, armchairs... will make your stay in the park very comfortable.
In the park there is also a bathroom and an outdoor shower.
A stone boulevard leads to the villa. It shows 3 bedrooms two of them with en-suite, and a living room with a full equipped kitchen. There is another bathroom adjacent the living room. All bathrooms are with shower.
Adjacent to the living area is a charming gazebo with sofa and coffee tables.
In the living room there is also a sofa bed.
The house is equipped with all the essentials for a wonderful holiday.

The house is located in Villagrazia di Carini a nice town by the sea.
In a perimeter of 500 meters you will find supermarkets, Bars, beach, pharmacy, ATM, butchery, bakery...
Close by there is Carini amous for its wonderful castle and the dramatic story of one of its dweller: Laura Lanza di Trabia (la Baronessa di Carini).
All around the area there are gorgeous beaches (photo, Capaci beach, 3 kms from the house) for your Sicilian swimming.
Palermo (photo) the capital of Sicily, with its gorgeous monuments, markets, beaches and street food is just 10 kms away.
Palermo is actually one of the most beautiful and peculiar towns in the world.

There is a nice naturalistic reserve, just by the sea, at Caporama (10 kms).
Segesta, the archeological area with its temple, theatre and mosquee, is 40 kms away.
Why not spend a day outdoor visiting the Unesco's Valley of the Temples (photo) in Agrigento: less than 100 kms and you will be there.

70 kms and there it is the medieval town of Cefalù worldwide famous for its monuments as the XII century Cattedrale, the castles and an enigmatic temple on the rock that overlooks the town, the Ancient Roman baths, the Osterio Magno palace, the Museo Mandralisca with a collection of paintings, archeological finds... and other highlights that you can discover strolling the narrow alleys of this wonderful town.
We suggest you to pay a visit to the following places: Naturalistic reserve of Zingaro (with its beathtaking coves, photo) and Scopello village (50kms); Trapani and the medieval lovely town of Erice (60 kms); Capo Gallo naturalistic reserve (15kms)
