One of a kind location! Mamma Maria Teresa is a nice villa located in Portopalo beach, which has been awarded the Blue Flag for nearly 30 years! From a romantic wooden door located in the garden of the house, you can approach the golden beach of Portopalo. A large balcony-patio overlooks the African sea and it is right there that you will spend enchanting Sicilian days with the scent of the sea that will not leave you for a moment. Not to mention breakfast and meals facing the sea. Inside the house has a double room with en-suite bathroom, a twin, a single room and another bathroom, also this one with shower. The living-kitchen area overlooks the outdoor patio which is furnished with table, chairs and deckchairs. The AC is located in the two main bedrooms, it is missing in the room with the single bed (but just keep the door of one of the bedrooms open and the fresh air comes in comfortably). In the garden there is also a BBQ area and an outdoor shower . Private parking.

We are in Portopalo di Menfi repeatedly awarded (27 times until this date) with the Blue Flag as the cleanest and sustainable beach in Sicily.
The sea village of Portopalo itself is a very typical place with low houses and a tower of the XVI century.

Agrigento with its Unesco's temples is 60 km’s away: a valley of history and almond trees!

10 kms and here there are the Cave di Cusa a stone quarry misteriously abandoned in 409 B.C.
Here you can still see the rows of the columns destined to the Selinunte sacred temples!
Worth a visit the Belice valley (15 km), a very mysterious place where you can find ghost towns, endless agricultural fields, futuristic towns...
Selinunte the largest archeological park in Europe is 20 km’s away.
Sciacca, a medieval Sicilian town is 15 km’s away.
Worth a visit Trapani (60 kms) and the medieval village above it: Erice.
Are you nature lover: perfect! Enjoy a waloking in the marvellous Torre Salsa natural reserve (50 kms)

When the customer cancels a reservation 60 days or more before the arrival date, the customer will be fully refunded.
When the customer cancels a reservation 59 days or less before the arrival date the owner will retain the whole of the paid sums as a cancellation penalty charge.
