Mamma Valeria is an elegant property 80 metres from the popular Lido Fiori beach. The house has two separate units. A large garden with lawn and Mediterranean plants surrounds the house. You will find a relaxing porch and lounge area.
On the ground floor we have a large living room with kitchen and lounge and two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. In addition there are two bathrooms; one with a shower and adapted for use by the disabled and another with a Jacuzzi.
On the upper floor, with access by an external staircase, we have a nice terrace (100 m2) equipped with parasols, armchairs with a beautiful sea view... The apartment consist of a living room, a modern kitchen with peninsula, a large bathroom with shower and a bright double bedroom. The property was completed in 2022 and features a typically Mediterranean décor with vintage and luxury touches. The house is equipped with every comfort and the rooms are spacious and bright. Air-conditioning in all rooms.
An enchanting little square 80 metres away where there are restaurants, bars and an enchanting golden sandy beach. The sea, for over 20 years, has been Blue Flag: the cleanest in Sicily.
Upon arrival, you will be required to pay the Tourist Tax, required by the Municipality of Menfi of € 1.50 ( per person) up to 7 days, excluding children under 16 years
