Villa Mamma Olga is an elegant house located in the countryside of Castellammare del Golfo. The estate in which the villa is located, is cultivated mainly with olive trees, which makes the surrounding environment particularly green and lush. The house was born as a family residence and is structured on two levels. Realized in respect of the territory and the typicality of rural culture, in fact materials such as wood, brick and tiles were used. These materials make the rooms of the house warm, welcoming and elegant.
The ground floor is accessed from the living room, characterized by a convenient staircase leading to the second floor and the balcony overlooking the same environment. The living room is organized, in dining area and conversation corner, embellished by the fireplace that makes the context harmonious and refined, as well as the furniture. Appreciable is the collection, curated by the owners of the villa, who over time have collected many tools and equipment used by farmers for their work and now exposed and preserved in one of the areas of the living room. Comfortable the kitchen, made of masonry with typical Sicilian majolica, where are inserted the various appliances, including the wood-burning oven, useful for the preparation of tasty dishes of Sicilian cuisine. Also on the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The sleeping area consists of 5 bedrooms. Two double bedrooms on the ground floor, 2 double bedrooms upstairs, plus a room with a French bed and a loft with two single beds.
The master bedroom has a beautiful view of the countryside, a particular spiral staircase in the room, leads into a wooden loft with an additional bed available. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower. The other two bedrooms overlook a beautiful covered terrace, overlooking the pool and the lush vegetation. These two bedrooms are served by a bathroom with shower. The furnishings of the rooms, as well as for all environments, are simple and elegant and embellished with some antique furniture owned by the family. The pool is located in front of the house, at the edge of the pool gazebo, allow guests to fully enjoy the beauty of the housing context. In fact, the comfortable sofas that complete the outdoor furniture, allow you to enjoy moments of true relaxation in complete privacy. A part of the estate, is cultivated as a vegetable garden and organic products can be collected, prepared and consumed by guests. The estate is about 4km. from the center of Castellammare del Golfo where you can find all the services.

The electricity is included up to a consumption of kWh 150 per week. Beyond that limit it will have a cost of € 0,50 per kWh.

When the customer cancels a reservation 60 days or more before the arrival, the customer will be fully refunded.
When the customer cancels a reservation 59 days or less before the arrival date the owner will retain the whole of the paid sums as a cancellation penalty charge.
