The villa is a Mediterranean-style home, surrounded by a wonderful garden, characterized by typical Mediterranean ornamental plants and trees such as ancient olive trees and palm trees. The large swimming-pool with its particular geometric shape lies in this relaxing and green context, an ideal place to refresh and relax. In front of it there are bathrooms and showers to complement the pool area. The villa has extensive verandas and these outdoor spaces offer guests the opportunity to spend moments in total privacy.
You enter inside the spacious and bright living room with large windows that lead directly to the verandas and the pool area. The living room has a cozy fireplace and a wooden staircase leading to the first floor and to the bedroom. The kitchen, which opens to the living room, is practical, cheerful and equipped with all necessary. It was built of masonry elements and fine and colored majolica tiles according to the typical Sicilian tradition. In the kitchen there is a pantry area and a glass door leading to a veranda with outdoor kitchen, BBQ and wood burning oven . On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one double bedroom and one single bedroom. The bathroom is with shower.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms , one double bedroom with stunning view of the sea, pool and garden below and a triple bedroom. The bathroom is with tub. The first floor suite is an element of great beauty that embellishes the villa and it is reached by an external staircase to guarantee a complete privacy. This room is great place to "dream", surrounded by large windows overlooking the sea of Bonagia and Monte Cofano that stretches out into the sea. Staying in the suite you have the opportunity not only to enjoy an exciting landscape but also a particular setting, characterized by a large Jacuzzi in the same bedroom to spend unforgettable moments in complete relax. The suite has still a further en-suite bathroom with whirlpool shower and a walk-in closet . The furnishings and interior colors make the house a very charming place.
The villa is about one km from the town center where you can find all the services you may need .

The house is located in Valderice, a nice town pverlooking the Mediterranean sea.
The beach is just 2 kms away.
Trapani, a very nice town, is about 10 km’s away.
From Trapani departs the ferry for the amazing Egadi islands.
Erice that will get you in the middle ages, is 5 km’s away. This medieval town is said the “town of love”, since here there was an eternal fire, just on top of the mountain, that from the VII B.C. attracted the sailors of the Mediterranean, due to the presence of the “ancelle di Venere” (handmaids of Aphrodite). You can still see the Pozzo di Venere (from where the eternal fire emanated) in the courtyard of the castle. In Erice you can have a walk in the past, along its narrow alleys, the megalithic town walls and … the Ericini (cookies)!!!
Just 20 km’s and here it is San Vito Lo Capo a masterpiece of tourism in Sicily with its gorgeous sandy beaches
This sea village is hosts the most important and fascinating natural reserve in Sicily: Zingaro, where one can enjoy many “tropical” sandy beaches.

Palermo. the wonderful Sicilian capital, is about 70 kms away.

20 kilometers away from the villa you can approach Marsala and the Stagnone an archipelago where stands the island of Mozia, a masterpiece of archaeology and nature.
The Stagnone is also a sort of outdoor museum with the renowned salt works.
