A magnificent 18th-century baglio (historic residence), located in a truly evocative spot in the Alcamo countryside, 5 kilometers both from the stunning Segesta (Greek theater and ruins of the ancient city) and from the renowned Alcamo Marina beach, among the most beautiful in Sicily.

Mamma Segesta is designed with centuries-old stone, which gives an old-fashioned charme and prestige to this stunning home, who in some rooms even features traces of ancient frescoes.

The property is accessed through an iron gate that leads to a romantic driveway dominated by the Eugenia tree and several tropical plants.

A charming patio, with ping pong, table football, and an outdoor seating area with a table, sofas, and armchairs, leads to the home.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious double bedroom (30 sq m) with a treadmill, an elegant living room leading to the pool area, and a bathroom with shower.

The majority of the house is on the first floor.

There are two spacious and bright double bedrooms, a loft with a queen-size bed, a bathroom with shower, a living room, and a spacious kitchen that opens onto a terrace equipped with a table, umbrella, and BBQ.

The pool area, an oasis of peace and relaxation, features a lounge, deckchairs, a table, a kitchen/BBQ, and another bathroom with shower.

The sea, the golden beach of Alcamo Marina, is less than a 10-minute drive away.

Welcome to this beautiful 18th-century residence.

Camere (4) e Bagni (3): 1 twin in the ground floor floor; 1 bathroom (shower) in  the ground floor;  1 double bedroom ein the first floor; 1 double bedroom in the first floor; 1 french bed in the loft of the first floor; 1 bathroom (shower) in the first floor; 1 bathroom (shower) in the poll area

Siamo grati! (There are places that feel like home. During a week filled with cultural excursions—thanks to the property’s strategic location, which allowed us to easily reach Mozia, Marsala, Erice, Trapani, and Palermo—returning to Villa Mamma Segesta warmed our hearts. My husband Ric, our five children, and our extended family enjoyed every moment. Swimming in the pool, breakfasts with cassatelle on the terrace connected to the kitchen, lunches of fresh seafood on the veranda, and barbecues in the garden. And then retiring for the night in beautiful rooms furnished with the care of those who love to be surrounded by beauty. We are so grateful!)

(We stayed for a whole week at this magnificent historic estate in the countryside near Alcamo. What can I say? Let’s start with the excellent hospitality of Mr. Giuseppe—and when I say “gentleman,” I mean it in the truest sense of the word. Moving on to the comfort: the rooms were well-maintained, clean, and air-conditioned—beautiful, with frescoes on the ceiling. The beds were new and comfortable, but above all, the house is well-equipped with plenty of appliances. The highlight for us was the pool, where we spent some fantastic evenings.)
