If you want to have a relaxing holiday, enjoy the wonderful sunsets inebriated by the scent of orange blossom and immerse yourself in the crystal clear waters of the sea or take a relaxing bath in the beautiful swimming pool, you are in the right place.
The villa is located in an exclusive residence in S. Tecla, ancient fishing village of Acireale, at the bottom of Etna volcano. It’s nestled like a jewel between the lush and fragrant lemon groves and the cristal clear waters of Timpa, the giant lava rock wall.
Through the path immersed in lemon groves, less than 100 meters, you can reach the beautiful bay of lava rock, topped by the ancient Saracen watchtower, where you can comfortably swim in the clear waters, thanks to a wooden terrace built on the sea from June to September.
All clubs, bars and restaurants in the village are within walking distance. Explore the area by feet!
The villa has a spectacular position, from the bedrooms, on one side dominates the Timpa and the blue colour of the sea, on the other Etna Volcano that never ceases to give us a show.
On the ground floor surrounded by the private garden there is an American style kitchen, a bathroom and a patio where you can have lunch looking at the sea. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and small bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom is spacious with shower. There is another terrace facing Etna. Also from these rooms the view gives us endless emotions.
Outside the garden, at 10 m, there is the shared swimming pool, usable from June to September.
The villa has one private parking space inside the complex.
In July, the owner occupies the basement under the apartment which is independent from the apartment
