Overlooking the blue flag beach of Portopalo Di Menfi, here it is this gorgeous Sicilian house fully immersed in a very typical Mediterranean garden. You can enjoy an amazing view of the so-called African sea from everywhere, indoor and outdoor. This romantic property spreads over 3 levels and it has 4 double bedrooms en-suite (3 with shower and one with bathtub) and a twin (with adjacent bathroom with shower).
On the lower level, the “piano-giardino”, there are a double bedroom with en-suite (bathtub), a living with a sofa bed (bed 120 cm’s width) and chair bed (single bed), a bathroom with shower.
On the ground level, we find a double bedroom with en-suite (shower), one twin with adjacent bathroom with shower, the beautiful main kitchen.
On the superior level, we have 2 double bedrooms with en-suite (shower).
Everywhere, you will find living rooms with sofas, armchairs; dining rooms with tables and chairs, verandas with a view, patios where to eat, rest, drink, eat… it is impossible to describe exactly how many corners where to stay in relax and with the sea in front all the time!
The exterior is a paradise of flowers, trees, and amazing views. There is also a very stylish pool with hydro massage and a large BBQ area. You can’t miss a Sicilian meal in the corner facing the beach or in one of the nice patio.
Here, we also find 4 external showers, 2 of them, covered, near the pool.

We are in Portopalo di Menfi repeatedly awarded (24 times until this date) with the Blue Flag as the cleanest and sustainable beach in Sicily.
The sea village of Portopalo itself is a very typical place with low houses and a tower of the XVI century.
The closest town is Menfi, 4 kms.
Agrigento with its Unesco's temples is 60 km’s away: a valley of history and almond trees!
10 kms and here there are the Cave di Cusa (foto) a stone quarry misteriously abandoned in 409 B.C.
Here you can still see the rows of the columns destined to the Selinunte sacred temples!
Worth a visit the Belice valley (15 km), a very mysterious place where you can find ghost towns, endless agricultural fields, futuristic towns...
Selinunte the largest archeological park in Europe is 20 km’s away.
Sciacca, a medieval Sicilian town is 15 km’s away.
Palermo (foto) the capital of Sicily is 60 km’s away: monuments, museums and the renowend outdoor markets of one of the most beautiful towns in the world.
