Try to immagine this stunning picture ! The villa is totally built in lava stone. She spreads on 2 levels brights,spacious and cozy. On the first level we can find: the saloon, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, the pantry, a library and a bedroom with two single beds (one of which is very large). On the second level we have 2 suites with ensuite bathrooms. The interior is tastefully funished how you can see from the pictures. The exterior of the villa is enchanting, with an amazing panorama. There are a lot of relaxing corners among which: the pool between the impressive lava stone facade of the villa and the view of the Mediterranean sea; the BBQ area with the typical Sicilian stone oven (ideal for pizza); many relaxing lounges … Everything fully immersed in a typical Etna park (oaks, chestnuts, oriental hackberry (Minicucco in Sicilian) …). Presa is a village located between Etna park and Taormina. It’s renowned to have the greatest panorama in Sicily, from where one can extend his glance to Taormina, the Italian mainland and almost all the eastern slope of Ionian sea !
This is the reason why many people from all over the world have purchased villas in this exclusive and green area.
The house is located at 1 km from the center of the village, were we can find: a church, a little market, a pizzeria-restaurant and a square where, during the summertime, take places several festivals: the maccherunata, a sort of party of tne maccheroni pasta, and the salsicciata with local sausage, are the most acclaimed and take places more than once.
You won’t forget this genuine atmosphere of Presa (and the maccheroni, of course).
From Presa you can reach the Etna park in less than 10 km’s.

The biggest town close to Presa is Piedimonte Etneo, that is 5 km’s away.
Taormina, the pearl of Sicily, is 20 km’s away and Giardini Naxos, with its marvellous sandy beaches and promenade, less than 15.

Catania is almost 30 kms' away: park the car in Piazza Alcalà and enjoy the historical center (fishmarket, Piazza Duomo, Via Etnea).

The prices are for 5 persons.
Minimum stay 4 days (except July and August, 1 week). Changeover day: Saturday (unless different agreement with the owner).
The electricity is included up to a consumption of kWh 150 per week. Beyond that limit it will have a cost of € 0,35 per kWh.
The heating is not included in the price. The cost of gas is € 1,50 a liter.
Demage deposit to be pay locally: € 300
When the customer cancels a reservation 60 days or more before the arrival, the customer will be fully refunded.
When the customer cancels a reservation 59 days or less before the arrival date the owner will retain the whole of the paid sums as a cancellation penalty charge.
