Mamma Viviana is a set of sensations, the point of arrival and collection of affections, emotions and memory. A house that is primarily a precise aesthetic statement based on the genius loci and that reveals the character of the owners who have designed and structured it.
The villa, newly built, has a modern and essential style. It is spread over two levels and is accessed from the large and bright living room that is organized into different areas, dining area, relaxation and study corner.
The living room is characterized by large windows overlooking the garden, the pool and the open veranda, where you can have lunch or stay enjoying the surrounding view.
The kitchen, neat and functional, overlooks the dining area and the covered veranda. On the ground floor we find the service bathroom and the laundry room. The staircase leads to the sleeping area which includes three double bedrooms and a twin bedroom.
The master bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, has an area of 50 square meters, which is divided into sleeping area with sea view, closet area and bathroom. Also on the second floor there is the service bathroom of the other bedrooms.
Very special and intimate is the corner obtained by the owners on the second floor, which can serve as a relaxation area and reading or can accommodate a person in the comfortable sofa bed.
Mamma Viviana is surrounded by a lush and well-kept garden, where the pool is located. From the house you can enjoy a beautiful view of the park with which the house borders.

The house is located in Valderice, a nice town pverlooking the Mediterranean sea.
The beach is just 2 kms away.
Trapani, a very nice town, is about 10 km’s away.
From Trapani departs the ferry for the amazing Egadi islands.
Erice that will get you in the middle ages, is 5 km’s away. This medieval town is said the “town of love”, since here there was an eternal fire, just on top of the mountain, that from the VII B.C. attracted the sailors of the Mediterranean, due to the presence of the “ancelle di Venere” (handmaids of Aphrodite). You can still see the Pozzo di Venere (from where the eternal fire emanated) in the courtyard of the castle. In Erice you can have a walk in the past, along its narrow alleys, the megalithic town walls and … the Ericini (cookies)!!!

Just 20 km’s and here it is San Vito Lo Capo a masterpiece of tourism in Sicily with its gorgeous sandy beaches
This sea village is hosts the most important and fascinating natural reserve in Sicily: Zingaro, where one can enjoy many “tropical” sandy beaches.

Segesta a greek colony of the past, is 30 kms away: temple, theatre, mosquee, castle...
Palermo (photo), the wonderful Sicilian capital, is about 70 kms away.

20 kilometers away from the villa you can approach Marsala and the Stagnone an archipelago where stands the island of Mozia, a masterpiece of archaeology and nature.
The Stagnone is also a sort of outdoor museum with the renowned salt works.

Minimum stay 5 days. From 24th of June till 25th of August, one week with saturday as a changeover day.
Safety deposit to be paid on arrival € 300. It will be refunded on departure.
Tourist Tax, if provided, in a range of 1-2 euros per person to pay at the arrival.
When the customer cancels a reservation 60 days or more before the arrival date, the customer will be fully refunded.
When the customer cancels a reservation 59 days or less before the arrival date the owner will retain the whole of the paid sums as a cancellation penalty charge.
