Sunny and quiet, the villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with two patios and a large sun terrace next to the pool. The house extends over two levels, you access the living room, made elegant by both the choice home furnishings and types of materials used in the manufacture. The conversation area is placed in a corner where there is a fireplace, the kitchen is well-finished, cheerful, functional and accessories equipped. A small hallway leads to the sleeping area on the ground floor. There are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The first floor is reached via a wooden spiral staircase and it has two bedrooms, one double and a single and a bathroom with shower. Holidays to Sicily!

The villa is a charming house in Buseto Palizzolo (4 kms).
It is located in a privileged panoramic view over the city of Trapani, the Egadi Islands, Erice and Valderice. It is about one km from the nearest village which offers visitors the opportunity to have some basic needs services as restaurants and bars.
I have two great passions: the theatre and my places.
I won’t tell you about my performances as an actor, but I’m honored to introduce you my land.
Custonaci (8 km's away) is a lovely town, famous all over the world for its fine marble.
We have a cave (Grotta Mangiapane) were once, there inside, lived our ancestors !
It is located in the harbour of Cornino (photo), by the sea.
It’s not a joke: you can still see the houses inside the cave (that presently is adapted as a sort of outdoor museum and during Christmas we do a nativity)
Just by the cave, along the promenade of the wonderful beach of Cornino (photo) you may find the entrance for a pillar of Nature in Sicily: Monte Cofano
Have a nice walk among breathtaking landscapes, archaeology and a Tonnara
Just 15 km’s away from Custonaci here it is San Vito Lo Capo, a masterpiece of touism in Sicily and from were you can visit the Zingaro, a natural reserve that has many “calette”, corners of golden beaches, a sort of Paradise.
Erice, one of the most beautiful Sicilian hamlets, is 10 km’s away. This medieval town is said the “town of love”, since here there was an eternal fire, just on top of the mountain, that during the ancient times (from at least VII b.C.) attracted the sailors of the Mediterranean due the presence of the “ancelle di Venere” (handmaids of Aphrodite). You can still see the Pozzo di Venere (from where the eternal fire emanated) in the gorgeous castle. In Erice you can have a walk in the past, along its courtyards, narrow alleys, its stone everywhere, the megalithic town walls and … the Ericini (cookies)!!!
Trapani its 10 km’s away and my suggestion is to visit the Arab style downtown, the outdoor fish market and to take a boat for the Egadi islands.
Thirty kilometers away from Custonaci you can arrive to Marsala and the Stagnone, an archipelago where stand the island of Mothya a masterpiece of archaeology and nature. The Stagnone is also a sort of outdoor museum with the renowned salt works.
Castellammare del Golfo lasts 10 km’s: it’s a very beautiful town with a gorgeous Playa beach.
And, at last, I suggest you to visit Segesta (photo, 25 km’s): temple, castle, mosque.

Prices are for 7 persons. Each person more (until a maximum capacity of 8) has a cost of € 180 per week.
Minimum stay 5 days. From 24th of June till 25th of August, one week with saturday as a changeover day.
